Phase 02

Design + Expectations

Timeline: 4–8 weeks

This phase brings transparency to cost, scope, and tradeoffs so you know exactly what you’re committing to before construction begins.

Includes

  • Refined pricing based on real selections and priorities

  • Guidance on where to invest and where to simplify

  • Clear explanation of tradeoffs and implications when needed

  • Alignment on timeline, scope, and next steps

Construction + Communication

Timeline: 6–10 months

Your home takes shape through disciplined systems, trusted partners, and steady communication. We manage the complexity through our client leadership app so you can stay informed without being overwhelmed.

Includes

  • Prioritization of vetted and insured trade partners we trust

  • Clear sequencing, quality checks, and progress milestones

  • Centralized project management and ongoing communication

  • On-site moments to mark meaningful build milestones

Move in + Enjoy

Timeline: final 2–4 weeks

We walk the home together, address final details, and hand off a space that’s ready to support your life from day one.

  • A comprehensive final walkthrough and review

  • Completion of final adjustments and professional cleaning
